Disney After Hours Event 2018
Disney After Hours will be returning for 2018. This was one of the best events we've ever gone to and would do it again in a heart beat. Unfortunately, we miss it by a week

The Disney After Hours ticket allows park entry as early as 7 p.m., which gives attendees time to enjoy the park’s nightly “Happily Ever After” fireworks, and then remain in the park until 11 p.m. and some nights to 12:00 a.m.
Disney After Hours event nights are currently set for January 19, 26, and 30, February 8 and 15, March 1 and 8. (Please note that Disney After Hours does not replace Extra Magic Hours (EMH) for our resort guests and are instead held on non-EMH dates.)
Advance pricing costs $119, plus tax for adults and children (ages 3-9). For those who wish to purchase their tickets on the day of the event it will cost $124 per adult or child, plus tax. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can take advantage of specially priced tickets for just $89 per adult or child, plus tax. Tickets for Disney After Hours can be purchased here or by calling (407) 827-7185

Kinda bummed that this event takes place on a day we had planned our MK day in Feb. Park will only be open until 8. i was hoping for extended hours but that's not happening now that this event is scheduled that night. I refuse to pay for an additional 3 hours in the park. I don't take issue with these events, however, seeing as how I needed to make my plans (ADRs) about a month ago it would have been nice to know this event was going to take place at that time.
It is ashamed that what was once free is now a high priced add on. I can remember, even during the month of Feb. (When we often went for Mardi Gras), when MK was open till 1 or 2 am free with extra magic hours. Now we feel extremely lucky to get to stay in the park till 11 or midnight.

Not necessarily, this event was originally launched last year at 150 if I remember correctly. They then offered it to AP/DVC for $75. They brought the price down for general admission and raised it for AP/DVC. Totally different then the parties because the limit of tickets is a lot lower. Last year it was capped at 3000. Another thing to keep in mind is there are no special fireworks/parades and no meet and greets which effects the MNSSHP and MVMCP prices.
