Fastpass + and annual passes

The wedding planning trip is in May. We are getting annual passes, because it makes more sense money wise with how many days we will be there throughout the year. Will we still be able to book fastpasses beforehand if we don't use our annual passes until we are onsite?

Yes, as long as they are linked to your MDE account you can make fastpasses

I had no problem linking the receipt number for the annual pass and using that to make fastpass reservations prior to activating the annual pass.
