Dining plan question

This will be a first for me in many ways....I plan on taking advantage of the dining plan for the first time AND I will be spending most of this trip alone (DD will be starting the college program 2 days after arrival. I will be at WDW for 6 nights. I enjoy the character dining experiences but I don't know how much the deluxe plan will benefit me because my DD will be able to eat with me on occasion. Can I use my plan even if she is with me? I guess I need some advice on which plan would be best for me? I appreciate the help.

Should not be a problem. Your dining credits will go against your meal and hers will be separate. For all intents and purposes, you could probably use your credits for her meals as well, if you wanted to.

You would be able to use your credits for her meal too. Make sure you don't list her on your reservation though or you will have to get the plan for her too regardless of how many days she's with you.
