Default New menu at Kona Cafe and the Dining Plan

I wanted to see if any of you have eaten at Kona Cafe since they launched the new menu earlier this year. I am particularly interested is seeing if any of you that have and were on the DDP were told of any restrictions on you entree options for dinner. The reason I ask it upon looking at the menu I come across this (see below) I am assuming this is to draw more patronage into Kona and away from Ohana or other monorail resorts. These first two choices would now qualify Kona Cafe as having the most expensive steaks in all of Disney World.

I look forward to hearing about your experiences.

Good grief! I had no idea they had changed the menu so much. Up to $28 for a "specialty" sushi roll. All the bowls, a few sandwiches and really expensive steaks. They have lost their minds! Just my opinion.

I can't imagine eating that much meat in one meal.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

i ate there in January. It was one of those last minute things.
I have to say I loved it. The steak I had was incredible. and the desert was one of my favorite things to ever eat.

I normally just eat breakfast at Kona. May have to check out the dinner menu- but the prices and size of those steaks.....wow
