The Sand Bar Lounge at the Disneyland Resort recently has a unique Summer menu for 2019:

At Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, the Sand Bar Lounge has a new summer menu, including a spaghetti burger and dessert nachos!

The unique spaghetti burger features a beef patty with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomato spread, and arugula sandwiched between two buns made out of fried spaghetti. You’ll find it on the Big Bites section of the menu along with an Arugula Salad topped with a soft-poached egg and a Double B-L-T-A with crispy bacon, braised pork belly, butter lettuce, balsamic tomatoes, and creamy avocado on focaccia.

The menu also features artisan pizzas as well as a variety of smaller dishes including a selection of tacos (including duck confit with caramelized onions, pork with pineapple salsa, or grilled shrimp with Sriracha aoli), seafood ceviche, chicken drum sticks, chili-lime yuca fries, and even sliders. The PBJ Burger Slider is sure to be a favorite with a plant-based patty, peanut butter, and blackberry jam served on a toasted potato bun

For dessert, the Confetti Dessert Nachos comes topped with vanilla whipped cream, diced strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and sprinkles. Or if you’re looking to get your churro-fix, you can order a Churro Sundae with vanilla ice cream, wild berries, and whipped cream.
