    Default June vs August

Trying to decide on dates for next year. Looking at June probable third week vs August probably second week. We have been several times in August so we understand how to do Disney during that time. Never been in June. Any input about June time. Is it less hot or humid? Coming from Northern Michigan so everything is hot for us. What are the pros or cons for June? Just want to get dates locked in. Know there might be possibility of MNSSHP and/or free dining in August. Might be staying at Shades of Green so free dining may be off the table.

It might be a bit cooler in June.

June doesn't feel any cooler to me than August - both months are quite hot and humid. Expect daily thunder showers during either of those months. June of this year was quite busy. Local schools are out by the end of May and, since many more school systems in the north are moving start dates to before Labor day, many of those schools are now out by mid to late June as well. Schools here will be starting again by mid August so that lowers crowds some for the August time frame.

June and August are both hot as Hades and humid as a rain forest.

June is way better than August. Not good mind you, but I don't go anywhere in August. Its not Houston bad, but pretty close to it.

Do June. Especially if you can do earlier.
