We purchased the PhotoKey thing at SeaWorld because we were doing a Dolphin encounter and knew we would want ride photos. Well it was a little after 7:00 and it started raining so we were trying to get out of the park before it started really pouring and forgot to stop and get the pictures from the temporary photo key transfered to my account. So I think I lost all of our pictures from our Dolphin Encounter tour.

Do you still have the key? If so I'd contact universal with the unique number on it and see what they can do - but the longer you wait, the smaller the chances are of recovery.

I do still have the key cards. I tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and nobody has gotten back to me.

We got them! I emailed SeaWorld AND the picture company they use. The picture company emailed late yesterday informing me that they found and added my pictures!
