Definitely Stitch!!!!
He has such a range of emotion and you can totally see it in his eyes. He's like a kid seeing the world for the first time. Plus, he is the kind that could totally destroy your car and you can't help but still love him!!!

I think my favorite would be Goofy followed closely by his good friends Mickey and Donald.
My 4yo DS likes Mike Wakowski,Buzz Lightyear and Mickey Mouse
