Our first night at POP last week we got a certificate framed in a nice red folder saying we were the "Family of the Day". We had our beds turned down with chocolates and a nice message from housekeeping on our phone. We also received a magnet frame.

We've stayed at POP before and ASMo and ASMu 3 times and have never heard of this.

Anyone else have this happen or is this new? Makes me wonder if they do that for all first night guests.....

I have never heard of this. We stayed at POP i 2007 for the first time and nevr got anything like that.
We did get lots of towel animals everyday and mousekeeping always arranged all the kids animals everyday too.

Actually all the resorts and even the cruise line has a family of the day. It's been around for years that I know of. Congrats

We received the same when we checked into Pop on 10/20. It was a great surprise!
