What in the “World” is Club Level?
Club Level rooms are normally located on a private floor, building or wing of
the resort. They are key-lock access and come at a higher price. Each Club
Level offers a special lounge for guests. Coffee and continental breakfast is
available in the morning, snacks during the lunch hour, hors d'oeuvres and wine
before dinner, and dessert and cordials for the evening. Upon check-in, guests
will receive a schedule detailing the lounge hours of operation and food service

for cleaning.

the Contemporary have more than one Club Level available, depending on price and
location. Turn-down service is provided in the evening. Other amenities vary
from resort to resort. Most Club Level rooms have DVD players and DVDs are
available to be checked out from the Club Level lounge. A binder in each lounge
contains a listing of the available movies. There is no charge to rent a movie
from the lounge. In addition, most lounges have coloring sheets and crayons on
hand for children.
Resort Check-in is often located in a separate area. Vacation Planning
itineraries are sent out to assist with trip details. If you do not receive one
within 90 days, contact the concierge desk at your resort. The Staff can make
priority seating arrangements for you, as well as helping with special

Beach Club:
" The
lounge is very small, but we would go and get our food, and then go back and sit
on the balcony and enjoy the view, and the food.
The food is not as extensive as the Grand Floridian main concierge, however, it
was MUCH better than the Grand Floridian Sugar Loaf concierge.
We ate breakfast there every morning, and usually had enough to fill us up
either late in the evening, or in the afternoon, such that we only had one real
meal a day at the parks. The desserts were always very good, and the
after-dinner drink selections were good also.
It was all finger type foods (or toothpick type foods), but it was all very
good, and a very wide variety."
BoardWalk Inn:
It
was fabulous! I would recommend if you want to be spoiled than this is for you!
We had a beautiful room, great mousekeeping, and fantastic concierge staff. We
were treated like royalty. They were so inviting in the lounge. We had a
wonderful continental breakfast, snacks during the day, soft drinks, water,
juices, coffee, and tea anytime you wanted. In the late afternoon we had all
kinds of cheese and crackers, fresh fruit trays, and fresh veggies tray. In the
evening were treated to the most wonderful desserts and cordials. We felt really
comfortable there and will choose to do this again. It was worth the extra $ to
do it! It felt good to get a bit spoiled!
Contemporary Resort:
"The Contemporary Resort has a split level concierge. The Tower Club is on the
12th floor, restricted access and is concierge light. Full concierge is on the
14th floor where the suites are.
The main difference between the two concierge levels is the food offerings. Both
will receive daily news papers, bottled water & nightly turn down service. The
concierge desk on the 12th floor is staffed from 7am - 4pm then they can be
reached by phone until 10pm.
Food on the 12th floor is limited to a continental breakfast between 7am -
10:30am:
Danish, muffins, donuts, bagels, fresh sliced fruits, whole fruits, cold cereal,
milk, orange juice, coffee, tea & cocoa.
Snack is served between 2 - 4pm: assorted cookies, brownies and rice krispy
treats, lemonade, milk, coffee, cocoa & tea.
Breakfast 7-10/10:30am is about the same; However they do have cranberry juice,
tomato juice, grapefruit juice etc, and assorted breads for toast, more cereal
choices and things of that nature. They had a toaster up there too which they
didn't have on the 12th floor . . . . If you want something toasted a CM would
take it up to toast for you.
Snack - 2 -4pm had a little more variety of cookies, brownies & treats, soda was
also available up there.
Early evening 5 - 7pm you had 6 chilled wines, assorted hot & cold appetizers
from California Grill. These varied each night. Things that were there each
night were peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, veggie & dip, assorted cheeses &
crackers, soda & beer were also available at request.
Late evening 8-10pm you had assorted cordials (Bailey's, Amaretto, Brandy etc.)
and fabulous dessert bites & goodies from California Grill. These also varied
each night.
We Found that on the 14th floor you could always get bottled water, juice,
coffee, tea & cocoa between 7am - 10pm and soda, beer upon request."
Grand Floridian:
"The
Royal Palm Club at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is an exclusive area for
guests who prefer the added elegance and privacy that this area can offer.
All three concierge floors are accessible only by key-card entry and overlook
the main Grand Floridian lobby. The elevators for access are located directly
across the lobby from the "fancy" two-floor elevator.
It has a beautiful view of Seven Seas Lagoon, The Magic Kingdom, and the
Polynesian Resort. In the evenings, just below the lounge, the Grand Floridian
Jazz Band can entertain you for hours as you enjoy
your wine!
The Concierge Lounge is on the 4th floor, right in the middle of the Royal Palm
Club floors. (3rd, 4th, 5th)
The following is from the Royal Palm Club welcome packet:
"The lounge on the 4th floor is for the exclusive comforts and convenience of
our Royal Palm Club guests. This casual and relaxing lounge offers an intimate
environment for enjoying such amenities as
food and beverage servings, and a selection of newspapers for your reading
pleasure"

Polynesian Resort:
"The concierge staff is wonderful in all aspects. From the clerks, housekeepers
to the lounge employees. We never encountered bad service.
In reference to some background;
You should call the staff 90 days before your arrival. You will receive a
vacation planning itinerary. This will have areas for you to document any
special event or PS you need assistance with. I requested an e-mail notification
of all of my confirmation numbers. It was very handy to have - as I printed it
out and took it with me. I did not have them make my 120 day PS’. However - they
handled anything that fell thereafter. Including a breakfast with the Princesses
in the castle. They can also book the Fantasmic! Dinner Package for you 7 days
before arriving.
The concierge desks can be found on the first floor. You do not have to go to
the Great Ceremonial House for check in. You let bell service know upon arriving
that you are a concierge guest. They will take you directly to the Hawaii
building for check-in.
The Lounge is located on the second floor. The building has 3 floors. The first
and second floor is nonsmoking. The third floor is smoking optional. The first
floor rooms have patios - while the third floor rooms have a balcony. The Hawaii
building is one of the Polynesian resorts original structures. Therefore there
are no balconies on the second floor.
We loved the second floor. It was very convenient to be on the same level as the
lounge. The lounge begins serving coffee at 6:30 a.m. Breakfast offerings are
presented at 7 a.m. The selections were very good. It was easy to make it a
meal. There is an area with Danish, assorted muffins, bagels and English
muffins. Toasters can be found in 2 locations. They have oatmeal and cold
cereal. If you like a light breakfast or have a lunch planned, we found it more
than adequate.
Soda and water is out constantly. As well as fruit. During the daytime snack
items are available. There are no lunch items offered, other than snacks. Such
as; cookies and fruit mix. Dinner is another story. A hot item is placed out -
along with salad and fixings.
Cordials and wine are also there in the evening. A very nice perk.
They had buckets of candy for the children. Gummy worms, M&M’s and skittles to
name a few. Also - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Crayons and coloring
sheets were available.
There is a large screen television. The majority of the time children’s
programming is on. However - News programs were played quite a bit during our
stay, when adults were solely in the Lounge.
The back wall of the Lounge is nothing but glass. Allowing for a spectacular
panoramic view of the lagoon, beach, Contemporary and Grand Floridian resorts.
The Magic Kingdom and all its splendor is right across the water. It’s
breathtaking at night. Tables and chairs are bountiful. Sofas are also in place.
If you chose not to watch the fireworks and water pageant from the beach or your
room the lounge is a great option.
The concierge building rooms have a refrigerator and mini bar. Of course the
standard deluxe amenities are there. The only difference from the regular rooms
besides the above mentioned were a phone in the bathroom and robes. Turn down
service is provided each evening. Candies are placed on your pillows and the
bathroom is restocked. Upon arriving we received a box of candy and a welcome
card. On our departure evening a gift was also left."
Wilderness Lodge:
"We
were treated VERY well by the Wilderness Lodge concierge staff. Throughout the
stay, concierge was able to change around a few of our P.S. at the last minute.
They always greeted us on a first name basis whenever we would leave or arrive.
They would remember where we said we were going and then ask how was the Magic
Kingdom, or how was Epcot, etc. upon our return. I was very impressed with their
attention to detail and memory!
The Mousekeeping service was incredible. They never knocked on our door in the
morning, even if we forgot the 'do not disturb' sign. The room was immaculate
every day. They were never in the room when we returned to it. I never even saw
our maid, although we left her a huge tip every day for working so hard.
Every night, the beds were turned down, the lights were dimmed, and the radio
was playing softly when we got back to the room. If we had missed the
dessert/cordials buffet, there would be a small plate of desserts and two
glasses of wine in our room refrigerator with a card from the concierge. They
were awesome!"
Yacht Club Resort:
"I really enjoyed the services they provided. The concierge level was Key-access
only, which I liked for safety reasons. The concierges were always friendly and
smiling. I really liked the lounge. In the morning they would have Deluxe
continental breakfast including cereal, fruit, bagels, rolls, donuts and on
select days some hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage. In the midday they
would have snacks and drinks. At lunch, they would have some pick-ums such as
chicken fingers, pastry puffs, etc. They would also have hors d'oeuvres in the
evening. I really liked the cheese and crackers.
In the hall they would also have sodas, tea and coffee set up along with either
cookies, chocolate or bags of chips. I also found the service was quicker with
the staff. we once ordered room service and it was there in fewer than 20
minutes. I did not really use the services of the concierge staff but I still
felt like I was glad I paid the extra money."
