March E-Ride
Nights Announced
Disney has
officially announced its E-Ride schedule. March 2 and 5th from 8pm-11pm,
March 9th 10pm to 1am and March 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, and 30th are from
9pm-12am.
E-Ride Nights are an
exclusive "private party" in the Magic Kingdom for a limited number of Walt
Disney World Resort Guests.

West Unveils New Look For a New Resort
Today, INTERCOT
West - Disneyland: Inside & Out (http://www.intercotwest.com)
unveiled it revamped Disneyland Resort information site. This new site
creates a tighter coupling between the sites information layout and the new
structure of the Disneyland Resort. Both have moved beyond the era of a one
park, one day, Disneyland visit.

Next Big
Celebration At Disney World: Walt's 100th!
On the heels of the wildly successful Millennium Celebration, Walt Disney
World will begin their next yearlong celebration on October 1, 2001
commemorating the 100th anniversary of Walt Disney’s birth. Disney isn't
giving details at this time saying it will feature "new entertainment and
attractions" (possibly 4 new parades and some small scale attractions
according to rumors) throughout the Disney resort. Disney-MGM Studios will
be home to the celebration. A 122-foot-tall hat of Sorcerer Mickey from
Fantasia is already under construction and will stand at the end of
Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Chinese theater.

Street Electrical Parade Final Performance April 1, 2001
It's time to
say "good bye" to a cherished favorite. The "Main Street Electrical Parade,"
one of the most beloved attractions in Disney history, will close its run at
the Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom April 1, 2001. After more than 500
performances before hundreds of thousands of guests, the parade's lights and
music will dim, making way for another spectacle of nighttime entertainment
and music, "SpectroMagic."
