Entertainment Technology Corporation (EnTCo) previewed their new MRC or
Monster Roll Cage. According to their press release, "The
ride is an unparalleled multi-sensory experience of unrestrained racing
and real monster truck feel for people of all ages.
Monster Roll Cage,
featuring EnTCo's X-Vector motion base and high-end graphics system,
enables two riders to race and participate in a virtual monster truck
competition." Translated... more cool stuff from a cool company.

In
addition to creating top notch rides, ETC also won Best Exhibit (Judging
is based on originality, uniqueness, product/service promotion, design
quality, and professional staff appearance) and Best New Product
(product or service benefits and features to the prospective buyer;
product or service originality or distinctiveness; product or service
design and construction quality) awards at this years show.

Wild
Earth, a new breed of interactive simulator ride attractions, sends
players/riders on a photo safari through the plains of Africa. The
riders control the vehicle and take actual photographs of the virtual
habitat and species.

While
we were disappointed that Sally didn't set up a working dark ride for
this years show, they continue to show outstanding creativity as
demonstrated in these items designed for a Davy Crockett themed dark
ride.
