Intercot West Unveils New Look
For a New Resort

WEST, USA - February 8, 2001
Today,
INTERCOT West - Disneyland: Inside & Out (http://www.intercotwest.com)
unveiled it revamped Disneyland Resort information site. This new site
creates a tighter coupling between the sites information layout and the new
structure of the Disneyland Resort. Both have moved beyond the era of a one
park, one day, Disneyland visit.
Among many
of the changes in the new INTERCOT West is the unification of the entire
site into a single look and feel. Designers of this look took care to ensure
Guests would still have easy access to information throughout the site. A
"tabbed" look with consistent collections of links gives the Guest one click
access to any section of the site. With all of INTERCOT West now sharing the
same look, there is no need to learn how to navigate different portions of
the site.
"These
updates could not have come at a better time," commented Ryan Cain, Chief
Imagination Officer of INTERCOT West. "With the growth of the Disneyland
Resort, it was imperative that INTERCOT West update its layout and
organization to reflect the changes that have occurred. We were also given
the opportunity to begin updating content on the site to reflect new
patterns of Guest traffic throughout the Disneyland Resort."
As part of
the unveiling, INTERCOT West has also updated much of the content offered on
the site. Information on every attraction, restaurant, shop and
entertainment complex in Disney's California Adventure and Downtown Disney
have been added right next to the same offering of information on
Disneyland. Much of the Resort Guide section of the site has also been
updated to reflect the new Guest experiences at the Disneyland Resort.
This new
look and content on INTERCOT West combined with the offerings on INTERCOT -
Walt Disney World: Inside & Out (http://www.intercot.com),
INTERCOT - WebDisney (http://www.webdisney.com),
and INTERCOT's Mousehut.Mail (http://www.mousehut.com),
gives Guests a one stop site for all their Disney Resort planning needs,
whether they are traveling to Orlando or Anaheim.
