Disney Vacation Club's Boardwalk Villas opened during the summer of 1996. The Boardwalk Villas are different from the other DVC resorts in that the Villas are integrated into the hotel portion of Disney's Boardwalk Resort. The Boardwalk Resort consists of the Villas (the DVC units) and the Inn, which has the hotel units. The Boardwalk Resort is located near Epcot. 

Studio Vacation Homes 
The Studio Vacation Homes consist of a queen-size bed and a double-size sleep sofa. The studio units also have a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave oven and a coffee maker. Each studio unit also has a private patio/porch. Some units include a child-size daybed. The Studio Vacation Homes sleep four people. 

One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Vacation Homes 
The one-bedroom units have a master suite, a living room, kitchen, and private porch. The two-bedroom vacation homes provide an additional queen-sized bed along with a double-size sleep sofa and a private bath in a separate bedroom. Both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes have a Master Bedroom Suite with a king-size bed, a master bath with a whirlpool tub, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave oven, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, a stacked washer and dryer unit, televisions in the living room and each bedroom, and private porch with access from the master bedroom. The one-bedroom vacation homes sleep four people and the two-bedroom vacation homes sleep a total of eight people. 

Three-Bedroom Grand Villas 
The three-bedroom villas consist of master bedroom suite with a king-size bed along with master bath containing a whirlpool tub. Each villa also has a living room with a volume ceiling and a 32" screen television and a queen-size sleep sofa, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave oven, a full-size washer and dryer in a laundry room, a private porch. Each of the additional bedrooms has two queen-size beds and a private bath. The Grand Villas sleep a total of twelve people.
