Rafiki's Planet Watch
You take the Wildlife Express to Rafiki's Planet Watch, where
you will have a chance to interact with animals and also discover how to
become involved in protecting wildlife and their habitats.
This area of the park focuses on driving home the conservation message and
contains a veterinary lab as well as research and educational buildings.
Upon exiting the train, guests must walk approximately 5 minutes to reach
the area. Note: The only way back to Harambe is via the train.
Attractions
Conservation Station-here, guests can find
Animal Cams, watch Rafiki's Planet Watch Video, and
experience Song of the Rainforest, a 3-D audio show that surrounds
guests with rainforest sounds.
Habitat Habit!-This outdoor discovery trail allows guests to take a
peek at some cotton top tamarins.
Affection Section-Great for kids and adults alike, this
petting zoo houses goats, a few other domestic animals and a VERY cool hand
washing station.
