Man, dead board, but if any place has the answer to this I feel like it'll be here.

WDW Toontown Hall of Fame... circa early-2000s, probably even '90s (I saw it in 2002); in the character queue there was a scroll with the names of 100 or so characters I presumed were meetable? I've never seen any photos of it since.

I'm seeing that all of the Meet and Greets with the characters are temporarily unavailable, which is understandable. I'm assuming the characters will be around but on vehicles or behind fences. I just can't get a sense of how often they can be seen and if it's still possible to have a picture 'kind of' taken with the characters. Can anyone help with this?

A new Mickey Mouse Meet & Greet location is opening following the closure of the Epcot Character Spot:

Disney Parks & Resorts wrote:

Mickey will soon be making appearances in a new location at the Imagination! pavilion, as part of the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival. Just inside the entrance, you’ll discover Mickey greeting his fans and celebrating his on-screen stardom.

Mickey’s imagination has led to a career in the movies for 90 years and counting, featuring roles in dozens of short films such as “Get A Horse” which you can enjoy as part of the festival. Look for Mickey to arrive at the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival in early 2020!

Fall 2019 Character Meet & Greet Updates for EPCOT & Magic Kingdom

A long dormant meet & greet location has re-opened at EPCOT and more changes to meet & greet locations are heading to the Magic Kingdom later this Fall.

At EPCOT, the Winnie the Pooh Meet & Greet in the United Kingdom pavilion has re-opened after a multi-year closure. Winnie the Pooh is now appearing in Christopher Robin's bedroom intermittently from 9:00 am - 8:40 pm daily. Guests wishing to meet Winnie the Pooh may want to head here prior to 11:00 am when the rest of World Showcase opens and likely brings larger crowds.

At the Magic Kingdom, several Meet & Greet locations are being added or updated effective October 1, 2019.

With the Epcot Character Spot Closing for an indefinite refurbishment on September 8, 2019; Character Cast have reported the following new Meet & Greet Locations:

Locations for Joy, Sadness, and Baymax have yet to be internally announced.
