Yeah! I can't wait! And it looks like a pretty diverse cast again...
I'm ready. :joy:
Survivor remains one of my reality TV favorites - right behind The Amazing Race. I haven't missed a episode of either show.
It looks like they mixed in some "real' folk among the 'fluff' this season. :tikki:
With Survivor I skip around. I've probably seen a handful of the season, including the first one, but I haven't seen them all. But I think I'm going to watch Survivor China! Looks interesting!
And I love Jeff Probst!!! He's the reason I eventually come back again! :mickey:
I haven't watched Survivor since I watched about 1/2 of the original season. It's just too long and drawn out for me. I might just watch this one since they are in China.
Wahoo! I'm ready for another season. I'm glad they took it back down to 16 to start too. With 18 it seemed like it took half the season to even remember some of the names, let alone get a feel for the people.
From looking at the bios, it looks like Todd has worked at our favorite theme park! Or...he could've worked at that other one. Either way, he lived in Orlando and has worked at "a major theme park".
:mickey:
Can't wait!!!
I'll also say go Leslie!!!!
She is one of our local talk show hosts on Charlotte's Christian Music statioin 91.9!!!!
She isn't allowed to return until after the show is over, but i think it's really neat all in all.
I'm looking forward to this one. the last one was kinda blah so I'm holding out some hope for this one based on all the different backgrounds.
I will also probably watch this editon of Survivor only because it is in China. I watched the first few seasons of the show, but stopped watching it after The Amazing Race started. I find Race a much more entertaining reality show. I can't remember the last full sesason of Survivor I've watched, but this one seems like it will be interesting.
My interest in the show has been re-sparked, hearing that it's going to be in China. An interesting group of people, although I think California is a bit over-represented. Off-hand I'd have to say that I am favoring Sherea, as she went to my son's favorite university (Florida State) and Denise and Chicken--because who could not like the School Lunch Lady and a guy named Chicken? ;)
My Disney Dollars are on the lunch lady...plus she's from MA so obviously she'll either be out first (Peter S4) or win (Ethan S3)...
I'm also ready for this Season !
Right off the bat I'll root for Erik (because he's from Nashville) and Amanda (because I love her name ;) )
Survivor is still one of my all time favorites too, so I am really looking forward to the setting this year.
I'm really excited! Survivor is my favorite reality show and the fact that it's in China this year makes it even more interesting for me.
This case looks pretty diverse ... I like that. I'm tired of the Big Brother "eye candy" approach to casting.
Woot!! new survivor next Thursday the 20th
8 pm est. time
So who else going to wacth it?
I have my DVR set and ready to go YAY!!
I Hope it will be a good one, last season seem kind of slow, or was it me?
anywho,
Whats your input?
:)
I love Survivor and I'm always excited for a new season. The cast doesn't look very exciting to me yet, but I'm hoping it's a good season. Looks like they are back to two teams of 8, which is good news at least if that's how it works out. There are 16 castaways, so I'm making assumptions.
Another colossal waste of valuable broadcast time... lol!
