Does anyone know where the lights that look like they are falling, or giving a "snowing" effect, can be bought. They are so unusual and interesting. They are in the trees at Downtown Disney at Christmastime and are clear bulbs. They're not chasing or flickering things, but look like they are dropping down for about a foot, then going out. Would appreciate any info!!
