My son and I are staying at ASM in late July and he really wants to stay in the Toy Story section. I have reserved a preferred room and Toy Story is already requested on our reservation. We will be arriving on a morning flight and using DME. Do we have a better chance of getting a TS room if we use online check in, or wait till we get to the resort? Any other tips?
You might. All depends on how booked up it is. It certainly couldn't HURT your chances to use online check in. Just stress that the most important preference is for Toy Story. You may have to give up having the room ready for your early arrivalQuote:

Even with online check-in, you still need to go through a line and interact with a cast member. If your request was granted during room assignment, you can talk to the cast member about it then.
