So just curious, if you have a one day ticket to MK and can't get in, do you get a refund of the difference since MK costs more than the other parks?
Pirates currently has a 75 min wait. Jungle Cruise had an 80 min wait. Magic Carpets were at 45 min. There's people everywhere!
So this is why John barricades himself in his room with a pile of churros on NYE...
Would those be the legendary Cherry Churros? Or does it really matter on NYE?

We just left. The wait for Space Mountain was 250 minutes earlier! We hit our 3 FastPasses for the day and hauled it out of there. Mine Train was our last. Yay!!!
As of 1:40 pm Magic Kingdom is at Phase B status. The main difference between Phase A and Phase B is that guests with park hopper tickets arriving from another park will no longer be admitted.

Disney resort guests arriving on Disney transportation
AP holders
Guests with dining and/or FP+ ressies at MK
Also, animal Kingdom park hours have been extended until 10:00 pm tomorrow, January 1 (unheard of for AK).

What other times of the year does this come into play? What about the weeks of Spring Break? We're going during the week of March 30 this year. That two week window and the week of Christmas are the only Premier Season rates for DVC.
