Food and Wine Dining Plan Question

I just booked a 20th Anniversary get a way in October with the Food and Wine Festival being the number one reason to go back to Disney just the two of us!!!

How can we use our Dining Plan.

I bought the Disney Dining Plan, and did make some sit down reservations, at our favorites, but for lunch, would love to use quick service at the festival or for snacks.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

The signs at the booths are marked which items are available for snack credits. Last year some (but not all) of the booths were allowing the CS exchange for 3 snacks but they all had to be from that booth.
