Using an AP at Food and Wine

Hubby has an AP and we will be visiting WDW in October for the food and wine festival. I was wondering if you can use an AP at the food booths in Epcot?

Along the same lines....is there a list of whet you can and can't use an AP on (food and merchandise)?

Don't think the food booths give any discounts but certainly you get AP/DVC discounts on merch in the booths at the festival. I just got 20% off art prints bought there last week at the Festival of the Arts. We did get %% off full service dining though.
