Just got my MNSSHP tickets!!! YEAH!!

Hey all....just got my tickets to the MNSSHP. We are going on Thursday, Oct. 9th. I called the ressie # and was only on hold for about 5-8 minutes. I was expecting close to an hour!!! The tickets were $52.14 for adults, and $45.75 for kids ages 3-9. So - for the 4 of us (3 adult tickets and 1 child ticket) it was $202.17. Of course, there's a $3 Shipping and handling fee for the tickets. Just wanted to give an update in case anyone was wondering about wait times, or costs. I'm only going because of all the GREAT things I've heard on these boards.

We did MNSSHP last year and really enjoyed it. Amazingly, my kids were not so much interested in the "trick or treating" and the candy as they were in getting to just walk onto any ride they wanted and meeting the characters. DH and DS rode Big Thunder Railroad 3 times in a row and then proceeded to Splash Mountain which they also rode several times. My DD was more interested in seeing how many characters she could get her picture taken with. That alone made it worth the extra money.

Got my tix today too I was on hold for almost 20 minutes!!

We'll be at OKW from Oct 30-Nov 9 so the only day we could go to MNSSHP was Oct 31st. My tix for 4 (all adult tix since my kids are 11 & 16) were $241.36. I inquired about getting the discount since I was a DVC member but was told that the discount didn't apply for that date. Oh well, I was going either way!

My husband actually asked about dressing in costume which ought to be a lot of fun! Went last year for the 1st time during my "Mom's only" trip and we enjoyed it. Can't wait for the kids to see the decorations and "trick-or-treat".

Counting down the days. Now if the airfare would just come down a bit I would be happy

I got our tickets today also. The wait was only a minute or two. I got them for Oct 19th and Oct 23rd.

I got my MVMCP tix today too! I just did it a few minutes ago and there was like a minute wait.

The lady on the phone said that when the computers did come back up this morning there were like 150 callers in the queue! I'm sure at least half of them were Intercotees

She did say everyone was really nice and patient though. She still sounded like needed a

BTW, MVMCP advanced purchase tix were like $52 and I think it was $45 for kids each. Non Advanced purchase tix were like $59.

I got our tickets for Oct 31 and was told that there was no advance purchase discount for that night.

Oh well, it will still be fun!

I waited on hold 40 minutes the first call to get MNSSHP - and then was told MVMCP was sold out for the night I wanted...so I called back and waited about 35 minutes and magically got the date I wanted!

I was one of those "lucky" one's who were on hold almost 40 minutes only be told the computer's were messed up. The good thing is you have Disney music to listen too. I did call back about 11 and was able to get 9/19 with no problem.

I also got my tickets for MVMCP. We will be going 11/30. I am so excited. I know it's a little too soon to be sooo excited. Can't help it. Oh there was no wait. They picked up as soon as I enter all the info they ask for.

I had to wait a good while but got them for September 19!

Four were over $200... yikes! I know it will be fun though and I made $300 at my yard sale yesterday so it all comes out in the wash!
