Default Travel to/from airport w/ infant

We will be at WDW beginning March 27, 2009 with our 3 kids, including an infant. We typically take a limo to and from the Orlando airport to our Disney resort. We have used both Quicksilver and Happy Limo in the past. We need a rear-facing infant seat for our 4-month old. Quicksilver does not have them, but Happy Limo says that they do.

Has anyone travelled with Happy Limo and used a rear-facing infant seat provided by Happy Limo? While I have no reason to distrust what Happy Limo is telling us, it would be great to get confirmation from someone who has actually done this before. I would hate to get there only to see that the car seat they provide us is not appropriate.

Alternatively, if anyone has used any other limo service between the Orlando airport and the Disney resorts with a rear-facing infant seat provided by the limo company, I would welcome your input on that experience, also.

(FYI, I know that Magical Express is an option, but it has always been our preference to use a limo. My question here is really limited to experiences anyone has had with rear-facing infant seats provided by Happy Limo rather than alternate modes of transportation. I appreciate any input.)

Personally I would use my own/bring my own. Isn't your infant still in a travel system type stroller? I would never use a used car seat or infant seat reason being you never know if it's expired, or if it's been involved in an accident and at that point those need to be trashed even in small fended benders. I would think you would want the infant seat for feeding purposes too in the room--just a thought, and what if you get lucky on the flights and get an open seat?

We decided a while back not to offer rear facing car seats exactly because they were almost never used; parents preferred to use their own (with an infant we tend to be a bit more overprotective), or they did not trust ours (even if brand new...LOL).

To the OP... If reserving a stretched limousine a car seat is not required by law, not sure if we let you know when you've called.... :-)))

    Best regards,

    Gregory Nicolas.
