Cool I'm finally going to see La Nouba!

I've been wanting to see the show for many years, but I never got around to it. Our upcoming trip will probably be the last one we'll take for several years. Initially, we weren't going to do La Nouba because our itinerary is pretty much booked solid, which is the way we like it most of the time, but I was disappointed that we weren't making time for La Nouba. Plus, we hated to spend that much extra money above what we were already spending just for one show. However, I got to thinking about how I won't have a chance to see it for a long time, if ever, if we don't see it on this upcoming trip. So, I convinced my wife that we should make time for it now and splurge a little more. We bought our tickets today. I hope that category 3 seats are good enough, but I guess they will have to be because that's the most that we are willing to spend on it. I've heard a lot of great things about it, so I have high hopes. I hope it's worth it.

You should love it. The theatre is not really huge so all seats should be good. In fact, the ones that are a little farther back offer you a more panoramic view of the stage, and in a Cirque show, there's always more going on than just the main act. Keep your eyes moving at all times!

    Enjoy!

I saw La Nouba last fall for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! I got a cheaper seat (up top, but not all the way to the side) and the view was fantastic.

Have a great time... I've not spoken to anyone who has seen the show and been disappointed.

You are going to love it! We saw it on our honeymoon. My husband wasn't too sure about going to see it, but when we got home that's all he talked about!!

We go to any Cirque show that comes anywhere near Boston!!

    Enjoy!

I've wanted to do this for so long but with the price of tickets being what they are, and the fact that we just aren't sure if my son would sit through it, we're thinking it's not yet the best time.

I've watched other Cirque shows on HBO etc. and was always in awe. I'm sure it's fantastic.

We weren't planning on going, but now I want to! My husband and I went to a Cirque show on our first date -- many, many, many years ago.

I'm going to look into it right now!

    Thanks for the idea.

Joe, you and the Mrs will love this show. I promise you'll not regret spending the extra money for the tickets.
I took Jim to see this last year, his first time seeing it, and he LOVED it!!!
Google La Nouba or Cirque du Soleil and you'll find their website complete with seating chart so you'll have a better idea of where you'll be sitting. There are no bad seats!

I went to La Nouba last year, and was seated at the same category you chose.

I honestly think I had one of the best seats in the house : too close, and you will not get to see 'the big picture'.

I had nobody in front of me, and really enjoyed the show. This is fun, and beautiful. Enjoy !

We have tickets sitting pretty close, is this bad?? Also, just wondering, we've been to many Cirque performances, but not La Nouba. Is there anything special about La Nouba? Is it related to Disney in any way? More kid friendly?

We try to see La Nouba on New Years Eve every year! It's become a sort of family tradition. Since La Nouba we've now seen 3 other Cirque shows on tour in the UK and have to say that seeing the show in its purpose built arena adds hugely to the staging. They are fabulous wherever they perform but in the purpose built theatre at DTD it's out of this world. Prepare to be blown away by their skill, timing, choreography and sounds! I'm a bit of a fan - sorry!!

We've never went just because it's sooo pricey for 5 of us to go, but someday when it's just me and the wife we'll go.
