    Default Orlando Pass

    Hi everyone.

I saw on a website (can't remember which one right now) about a pass you can get that is good for two weeks once you use it and allows you to get unlimited access to the Universal parks, the Sea World parks (Sea World and Aquatica, NOT Discovery Cove), as well as some other places. I was just wondering if anyone has every used this or has any experience/information about it. It seems like it would be a good, cost effective item.

    Thanks.

You may be thinking of the Orlando Flex Ticket. 14 days, US, IOA, SW, Aquatica and Wet and Wild. There is also a 6 park option with Busch Gardens in Tampa. We are buying the Flex Tickets for our trip in August. The other nice thing about these tickets is you only pay for parking once a day even if you hop from a Universal park to a Sea World park. There is also something called a Bundle O Fun ticket but it is not the same and the options are not as good, like US & IOA only good for 7 days. Hope this helps.

My daughter used this pass in May. She booked directly on Universal's site. She only did Aquatica & SeaWorld. The rest of the time she spent in WDW. She seemed happy with it.

I've never used this pass because we've always done better buying the tickets individually from the parts while using promotions. This is due to our length of stay and the time we devote to WDW.

For example, last year we got a 7 day pass to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure for about $87.

This year, we'll do a a $99 two day, two park unlimited pass (we have one 7 day ticket for free from the Universal Superbowl giveaway promotion) or consider an annual pass for $149.

You can usually get Sea World tickets at kid's prices for about $65.

So, for us. it's much cheaper for 2 days of Universal + 1 day at SeaWorld - about $230 for the both of us.

But, I have looked at the Flex Ticket before and it seems like a really good deal. You may also want to check Costco and AAA for additional Flex Ticket discounts (not sure if they exist, but it's a good chance).
