Do you have to be DVC to stay at HHI/Vero?

Hope this isn't a stupid question, but after reading the trip reports to Hilton Head, I thought this or the Vero beach location would be fun to stop at on our way home from visiting family later in the year. However, checking out the HHI website, there seemed to be no way for me to check availability or prices. Do you have to be a DVC member to stay at these locations?

No. We are not DVC, and we just returned home from a week long stay at Disney's HHI resort. I did live reports which you can check out here in Intercot. When I booked, I was able to check availability and rates online. I noticed now, after looking into Vero for Thanksgiving, that you cannot check online. Not sure why??

Awww, thanks!!! We did have a fantastic time. We have already planned on returning next summer. Today I put all my pictures on a digital frame and I am loving watching my vacation unfold again in front of my eyes. I actually think I would like HHI better the second time around. This was a kick back place, I am not used to that. The attention to detail and quality was all Disney though. Glad you're looking into it! I recommend the marsh view!
