    Question "Excellent" CM gift idea?

I like the idea of doing a little something to show appreciation for all the excellent CMs and all that they contribute to our magical vacation.
That being said- what kind of things do you give them?
We are in Mexico & I'd love to pick up something small...but am really clueless.
    Any suggestions??
    TIA,

I have never given a gift to a CM but when we receive exceptional service I send a letter to their manager/dept to let them know how a particular CM went over and above the call of duty.

I've heard that cast members appreciate mementoes that are unique to your geographic area and that can't be found where they are.

A little something from home (your home) would be a nice idea.

    1) OK, we know that cash is out.
    2) But, some favorite things are
    . . . a knick-knack from your home area
    . . . home-made trinkets
    . . . a corvette
    . . . a key chain from your travels
    . . . a porsche
. . . a toy or doll from your area

NOTE: There is a couple from Georgia that raise peanuts. EVERY year when they make their trip to OKW, they bring something (usually silly and cheap) for every CM at the Front Desk or Concierge Desk, as well as the back room. They bring cheap and home-made dolls, name tags that look like peanuts, frig magnets, trinkets, etc. They call ahead and even ask for the names of any new CM's since the last visit so they are not left out. The CM's can't wait for their visit.

A couple of the times we went during Xmas, we gave candy canes to the front desk cm's and pool cm's at our resort.

I have some templates for CM appreciation cards that I print out for every trip. They print on standard business card stock, and are very colorful & fun. Sometimes I'll tape a piece of candy to the back as well. I've actually had a couple of CM's get all teary-eyed when I give them the card.
