You don't mention the makeup of your travel party or tastes, but I like:
Boma (or Jiko or Sanaa)-- a nice time at the AKL.
One or Two World Showcase choices. Tokyo Dining, Rose & Crown, Chefs de France, Le Cellier...
A character meal or two. Garden Grill, 1900 Park Fare, Crystal Palace.
Some Signature Dining. California Grill, Narcoossee's, Flying Fish.
I also like Grand Floridian Cafe and 'Ohana.

Our must-do's for every trip are: LeCellier, 'Ohana, and Whispering Canyon Cafe. The Luau is excellent if you want to do a dinner show. The only places I would not recommend are Coral Reef and San Angel Inn. Even though the atmosphere in both is amazing, we disliked the food at SAI and both food and service at CR. It all comes down to personal taste, though, so go over to info central and check out the menus!

We have been to a large number of rest. at WDW over the years and have not had what we would really consider a truly bad experience at any of them. Of course, your expectations and dining experiences will certainly impact your impressions. for example, if you normally only eat at fast food joints you will think everything at WDW is wonderfull. On the other hand, if you normally only eat at 5 star places then you are likely not to like some of the places as much at WDW.
The bottom line is that it is fine to get suggestions, but you should really take a good look at each place and each menu and select the atmospere and type of food you think your party will like and then let your party tell you whether or not they like it. This is a great chance to experiment!
