Online Check-in

I am 8 days away from our WDW trip!! Can't wait! However, I tried last night and tonight to do online check-in but keep receiving the error that the reservation can't be retrieved at this time. Is anyone else having this problem? I would like to do online check-in again, if possible, just in case there is a line when we arrive. Thanks!

My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

If you booked your vacation through a travel agent you have to use the Mydisneyreservation.com website to use the online check-in, otherwise there might be a problem with the site.

I was able to do the on-line check-in yesterday. Although there were some glitches on the site. I could not change the credit card on file for the room. I called Disney tech support and they told me to just wait till I got to WDW to change the card. They seemed to know there was probs and were having a hard day dealing with it. the phone number for internet support is: 407-939-7765 press #2 for internet tech support.

Disney has been having a number of problems since they began doing system upgrades a month or two ago. I'd suggest calling Disney to make sure that all is well with your reservation.

I was having similar problems a couple days ago. After chatting with my TA (*wave* Terrisue of MJ) I found out I needed the Mydisneyreservation.com website with \guest at the end.

So, could be the upgrades, could be needing that additional bit of info.

I tried to do check-in yesterday as well and received the same message. My agent called Disney to be sure everything was okay w/ our reservations and they were all there. I'm not going to worry about checking-in early and just go w/ the flow. I'll be in Disney!!

Thanks everyone! I will have to try when I get home from work, I don't have my reservation number with me. I will try going through mydisneyreservation.com to see if I can access it that way. If I can't check-in early, I'm not too worried! As ChipDale2708 said: not to worry and go with the flow! I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right!

I was still unable to do online check-in going through all the different ways mentioned. We booked through Southwest Vacations, so I'm not sure if that's why I'm not able to do it. I was able to do it last year and booked with SW Vacations for that trip too. No worries! We'll just check in the old fashioned way when we get there next Friday!
