I am planning on bringing my 8 and 6 yr old daughters. Let me know if you are planning to bring your children -- I have been in contact with the Disney Store and they were interested to know if we have any kids coming. Like I mentioned, I will ask for a final headcount in a week or two, so we'll know exactly how many children plan to attend.
The other issue now is finding a restaurant that can accommodate us. Does anybody have any ideas?

Can we look for a place nearby to the Disney Store?

There is a Heartland Brewery near the Disney Store... and they do have private rooms. Perhaps they would be willing to let us use one of those rooms?

Another option could be the Chevys in Times Square. It's nothing fancy, but I suspect it will be able to accommodate a large group if we call ahead.

We have been invited to do a private tour of the Disney Store at 11am. I have been in contact with the Dis Store prez's office, and they set it up for us.

I will be there by 11. Kathy, thanks for all your hard work and persistence in arranging the private tour. It sounds like an absolutely fantastic way to start the meet.
Within the next few days, I want to gather a final headcount and pick a restaurant. Is everybody OK with the Heartland Brewery? I suggested Chevys, but that didn't seem to gain any traction.
Recommendations and opinions are still welcome!

Excellent! It sounds like a spectacular meet coming in 10 days! I'd like to start gathering a final head count, so can everybody please post how many people will be coming with his or her group? I think we'll go to Heartland if it can accommodate us, and I want to call the restaurant in advance.
