I can add this option to my MYW tickets when we get to a ticket booth at a park, correct?

Keep in mind that while one can add the Park Hopper Option at any point during your stay in WDW, the price is the same, as you are buying it for all days of your trip. What I am saying is, if you are going for 7 days and add the Park Hopper Option on day 5, it will not be any cheaper than if you would have added it on the very first day.
