top 3 World Showcase restuarants
I want to eat at atleast 3 Epcot restaurants on my trip in March. I already have ADR's for Le Cellier. Please give me your 3 top World Showcase restaurants. Keep in mind I'm a chef in real life, and I want some fabulous food. Doesn't necesarily have to be super fancy just delicious.

1. Bistro de Paris. Not on the dining plan, doesn't have a children's menu, but a gastronomical delight with great service and atmosphere (tuxedoed waitstaff, windows overlooking the lagoon). If you want to use your dining plan, Chefs de France is also very good.
2. Tokyo Dining. A variety of Japanese taste treats and cooking styles, with a great view for some tables.
3.Via Napoli, fun, fresh, brick oven pizza, pasta, not much for atmosphere inside (except for the whimsical ovens) but love the outside.
Honorable mention, a personal favorite, San Angel Inn, but more for the atmosphere than food, though I do like the food. It can be up or down. Le Cellier does not make my list. Have been, not impressed.

I have not tried Bistro de Paris, but it has the reputation as being one of the best Epcot restaurants. Chefs de France is pretty good too.
I generally suggest avoiding the restaurants in China and San Angel in Mexico due to seemingly low quality. (The ambiance in the San Angel restaurant is popular, but the food pales in comparison). The places in Italy seem to get strong reactions; people seem to really like or really dislike them.
I still crave the maple creme brulee and bread sticks I had one lunch in Canada years ago, but I have no idea if the food is still good there.
The teppan restaurant in Japan was a family favorite for 20 years, although the last time we ate there in 2009, it was a substantial disappointment (bland food and the show was not thrilling). I also was not thrilled with the tempura the one time I tried it (but I have not tried the sushi there). The counter service restaurant in Japan is currently under renovation until mid December 2011 (give or take). I had a good meal there a few years ago and will likely try it again some time. It could be a good choice for a counter service meal (and is not typical WDW fast food - so it good for variety), although I don't know how much the menu will change with the renovation.
I wasn't much impressed with the one dinner I have had at Rose and Crown; it seemed like the food was all pre-made and waiting to be ordered and served. In contrast, I have had the fish and chips from the walk-up stand outside on multiple occasions. Due to high demand, the food there is freshly cooked and served, plus I thought the batter was tasty and thick but not too thick.
Oh, and don't forget to try Club Cool in Innovations (west side, I think). Tasting the different sodas from around the world seems very chef-y to me (although they don't have as much variety as at the World of Coke in downtown Atlanta).

Tokyo Dining-pleasant setting, wether in the sushi chef area, or the window side view. Excellent food and amazing service! Ichiban!
Rose and Crown-cozy setting, and nothing but nice filling comfort foods styled after the UKs best. Try the potato and leek soup!
Tangerine Inn-Not a TS, but excellent ambience especially if Mo Rockin is playing out front. Great amazing food, and different.

Good Question!
These have been my personal favorite experiences in World Showcase:
1. San Angel Inn: Mole poblano, Guacamole, Dos Equis beer, and Flan for dessert. Combine that with a seat by the river and it's pure gold.
2. Chef's de France: Though we missed Remy, we had a fabulous meal here last year.
3. Akershus: It was a tough choice for third, as we've had great meals at Canada, China, and Morocco, but I still think back to our first trip and the great lunch we had at Akershus. That was before the princesses.

1. Akershus Royal Table in Norway - great authentic scandanavian food (you better like seafood) with good ambience.
2. Teppen Edo in Japan - great scallops, best I've ever had.
3. Marreksh in Morroco - great spices in their food, and cool entertainment.

It's really hard for me to narrow it down to a top three, because I really like most of them but since you're forcing me!
- Via Napoli
- Teppan Edo
- Tutto Italia
Honorable mention to La Hacienda De San Angel, Nine Dragons, and Chefs De France though!

Biergarten is probably my recommendation for a must.
Le Cellier is excellent.
I'd actually follow a poster above and say that Tangierine Cafe would be my third choice as everywhere else in a sit down capacity is either good-but-way-overpriced (Italy and Japan), great-atmosphere-with-okay-food (Mexico), cafe-food-as-good-as-restaurant-offering (UK, Morocco, China) or amazing-restaurant-destroyed-when-turned-into-homogenous-character-meal (I don't need to say, surely)
I haven't however eaten at either restaurant in France so couldn't comment on the offerings there.
I've got a dirty thumb.
