Default Best week to visit in November/December?

Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has any advice for the best time to visit in November or December? Trying to pick a week and would love any insight you may have!

We've been any time from around the 1st of December through the 21st or so (not counting the one trip when we actually spent Christmas in Disney). Most recently, we were there from the 9th throught the 16th. We've always found early December to be very manageable. When you start getting around the 19th - 21st, crowds begin to increase quite significantly.

Weather, of course, can be quite variable and it can even be downright cold at this time of year.

I agree with Linda that it's all manageable. However, in terms of lightest crowds, I think the week before Thanksgiving week is probably the best now. December, as a whole, has gotten more crowded. All the Christmas stuff is up that week and the MVMCP is going on. The only thing you miss is the Candlelight Processional in Epcot which doesn't start until after Thanksgiving.

We visited the week before Thanksgiving in 2009 and 2010. Weather was fantastic, free dining was available, and the crowds during the week were low. Great time to go.
