Food and Wine Festival at Disneyland?

I heard that in the past Disneyland has had a Food and Wine festival but it was put on hold for a couple of years due to several construction projects. Can anyone tell me if it will be coming back? Also does anyone know if Disneyland has a Flower and Garden Festival? So appreciate any info anyone can give me.

Food & wine has not returned. I haven't heard any mention that it will be. No flower & garden festival at DLR.

The food and wine festival was cool the year they did it. I wish they would bring that back. I had read there were MANY reasons why they didn't, not just the DCA refurbishment construction.
