The article only says this fall as to when they will be available. Fall starts Monday.

As to where, I'm sure it's the same places the Alex & Ani, Dooney's, Vera Bradley, etc. are sold - Uptown Jewelers on Main Street, MouseGear in Epcot, Keystone Clothiers at DHS, and for sure at World of Disney and probably the Co-Op at Downtown Disney.
