Burt and Mary Poppins????

Does anyone know if and when Burt accompanies Mary Poppins? I do know she meets in the square outside Tony's but I have only seen Burt in pics with her there. We will be in Disney Dec 3 -7 and would love to see them together!

Bert has become a rare character at WDW though he does sometimes appear at MVMCP.

I've seen Mary by the international gateway at Epcot but not Burt
