Travel questions concerning to HDDR from POP

We have ADR's for HDDR next month and are staying at POP. Relying only on WDW transportation with a family of 4 adults and I have some mobility issues due to age, what would be the best choice to travel from POP to Hoop Dee Doo? We have most of the day free, so time is not a problem. I have done some research online here and other sites and have some ideas, but I would like to know from more current sources.

Bus to MK , then boat to FW? If that is physically okay for you?
Or bus to any park then bus to FW.

Was at pop last week and average bus drive time to MK was under 25 minutes. Bus to other parks were all under 12 minutes.

The quickest is typically a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then the boat to Fort Wilderness. Keep in mind there is a bit of a walk from the Fort Wilderness Boat ramp to Pioneer Hall where Hoop de Doo is shown.

If you bus to another park and then transfer to a Fort Wilderness bus, you may need to transfer to another bus at the Outpost Depot. It the bus goes to the Settlement Depot, you will still have to walk from that spot to Pioneer Hall but that walk is more of a level one.

If you take a cab as Mechanic suggests, you would be brought to the Outpost Depot and would need to transfer to a bus there.
