Question From Anaheim to discover Magic kingdom, tips??

    Hi everyone!

Im about to travel to all disney parks there. Im taking my family there because they just have visited disney in out town (Los Angeles).

We're staying at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Orlando in Lake Buena Vista and taking the same shuttle we took in los angeles lax transportation - orlando airport shuttle - DoubleTree Suites. I just wonder what's the best way to get to disney parks, renting a car? Mears transportation?

We're staying there 5 days arriving on Aug 22-26.

All your comments and tips are more than welcome. Thank you so much!

    I just foun this!

"We offer an exceptional location and complimentary shuttle to Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. Experience the excitement of Disney Springs™ – a truly amazing place featuring an eclectic mix of unique boutiques, one-of-a-kind eateries and jaw-dropping entertainment that will have you wondering where the day went."

Is that the best option then?

Does the resort you are staying at offer a shuttle to the parks? Many do. The issue with these shuttles is that they often run at set times which may not match the times you want to be in the parks. A rental car will give you the most flexibility to come and go as you please but, be aware, you will need to pay for parking at Disney. The good news is that you only need to pay once per day even if you visit more than one of the Disney parks on the same day.

I'm not sure how many folks are in your traveling party but you should also consider whether staying in a Disney resort makes sense for you. While it will be more expensive than the accommodations you have booked, you could take Magical Express to and from the airport (no additional charge); and use Disney transportation (no additional) charge to get to and from the parks. When you add up your travel to and from the airport, and/or the cost of a rental car, as well as daily parking expenses, you might end up spending close to the same amount as staying on-site.
