Does anyone know what buildings are the standard and which ones are preferred?

I would assume the Surf's Up section is preferred and part of the Football section.

We love All Stars Sports. It looks like Bldg. 1 and Bldg. 6, Surf's Up are preferred locations.

We usually book a standard room when staying at ASports and request a room in the touch section or the baseball section.

It used to be just Surf's Up sections were preferred but now Touchdown is as well.
