    Question Tables in Wonderland question

We're staying at the Boardwalk next week for a few days. We're not going into the parks because we are Season Passholders and are blocked out. I need to get a new Tables in Wonderland card and would like to go to guest relations at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot. Do they have a Guest Relations at the International Gateway entrance and can they issue Tables in Wonderland card? My daughter thought I could get it at the resort but I didn't think so. If I'm wrong please let me know.

There is a Guest Services at the Gateway. I have never tried to get a TIW card there but you are supposed to be able to get them at all Guest Services.

You are correct that you can not get them at the resort. If for some reason, you could not get it at the Gateway, you can get it at Disney Springs.

I have gotten my TiW card at the International Gateway entrance. You shouldn't have an issue.

Sounds like you're a local, but make sure you do the math on the card. Lots of places are giving AP discounts (usually 10%) which pushed the break even point way out. I'm starting to think that the TIW may not be as big of a deal as it used to be, especially at the current price point.

Yes we are locals. When they first announced the increase in price of the TIW I wasn't sure if I would renew. I've decided to get it again this year but never thought to factor in the 10% discount which the AP would give me. I just usually use it when they don't accept TIW. I'll have to track that this year. Does the AP discount apply to alcohol? Thanks for the advice.

Unfortunately, the AP discount does not cover alcoholic beverages. You should also double check if a restaurant is still offering an AP discount (or any discounts for that matter). I found out on my weekend trip at the end of June that Chefs de France not only doesn't offer a TiW discount at dinner, which I knew, but eliminated AP and DVC discounts as well.

I usually ask the server, "so what discounts do you offer" as they do change without notice.
