    Default Magical Express

We are flying down to MCO on Friday 11/25 and staying near Universal. Then we will be checking into BLT on Monday 11/28. We will be renting a car for the first few days and my dad will be returning it to the airport on 11/28. Will he be able to take Magical Express back to BLT? Thanks in advance!

Yes. As a Disney resort guest, you are entitled to one trip from the airport to your resort, and one from the resort to the airport. They do not have to be the day you arrive or the day you depart. They don't even have to be in the usual order. Just call ME and arrange it. They are very accommodating. I've had some "out of the ordinary" situations come up and ME has always come through admirably. But you do want to call then directly. The CMs at the resort generally aren't able to help much with ME stuff, as ME is a separate company (contacted to Disney) and most CMs are not familiar with ME's actual operations.

We did exactly that on our last trip. We had a rental for several days at the beginning of the trip. On the day we checked into our Disney resort, we returned the rental to the airport, walked across the street, and got on the Magical Express bus. (I had called them before our arrival to let them know that was our plan.)

    Question Question

I booked a week ago for january 23, initially I reserved All-Star Movies and the Magical Express, I'm sure I registered my flight info. Two days later, I changed to Port Orleans F.Q. resort. But now the Magical Express nor the flight info appears, and I think I have to update the hotel info for the right transport, haven't I? I contacted thru website for help but it seems I have to call them anyway by phone.

Not big deal to call USA even though I'm in Peru, LDC are cheaper than in the past, but just want to be sure if there's a way to update my transport and flight info by web.

If your check in date is the same, you can just update your destination when you arrive at the Magical Express counter. On one trip, we switched our reservations to a different resort and even notified Magical Express of the change. They still had us listed as going to the originally booked resort but quickly made the adjustment when we checked in at the Magical Express counter.
