Why don't the ADR and Fastpass+ Windows Coincide?

My biggest complaint has been the lack of a decent park schedule all these months out when Disney expects its guests to plan everything! Its hard enough to decide on and arrange FP and dining, but to do so without any park hours or EMH is beyond annoying if you ask me!

That as well. It was unclear to me what nights they were going to show Rivers or Light or Fantasmic! If the planning starts 180 days out than ALL the planning should start 180 days out. The park schedule should be complete (with showtimes) and you should be able to make Fastpass+ at that time. What's the point of making ADRs if you can't plan anything else either? Either that or change the ADR window back to 60 days beforehand. Why does the stress have to come in two waves. ADRs and then Fastpass+.

If there is going to be evening EMH at AK shouldn't that be announced around the same time as the Fastpass+ window? Having an EMH changes the way I schedule our park days. Sometimes we use the EMH and sometimes we want to avoid that park dependent on how early/later we want to get up or stay up.
