I am a Sleeping Beauty fan, but my all time OH MY GOSH moment would be if I could meet Fess Parker who was Davy Crockett. (I grew up with him as Daniel Boone).

My favorite villain is the Queen from Snow White and she was so wonderful when we met her in MGM. Her voice was great. She told my ds he should not be scared of her unless you are Snow White. Then asked if he has seen her.
I would have to say my favorite disney character from a movie is Lady and next would be Sully.

New Close to Favorite is Mike Wazoski (sp?) from Monster's Inc. I have watched this movie several times in the last couple weeks with my friend's little girl. And he has just really grown on me. Ariel is still my favorite, but he is a close second.
