If two people in____________ (pickthe state such as West Virginia, Kentucky, California, etc. that you like to pick on) get divorced, are they still brother and sister?

Is a newfie someone from Newfoundland? Let's see if that is correct, and if I remember my Canadian geography correctly, Newfoundland is a province on your east coast that has a total population of about 3 and even that number is shrinking because the cod fishing has gotten so bad out on the Grand Banks that your government has largely banned Cod fishing?
