Chemistry may be an intangible,but it is real.

There's no doubt that this is true. That's why the team with the most talent is rarely the one that wins it all, because they're not necessarily the team with the best chemistry.

Look at the Phillies this year ... they're clearly not the most talented team in baseball across the roster, but they played together as a team and they won as a team.

If talent was the only dictator of winning, the Yankees would win the World Series every single year.
