Now really, not to sound stupid, but what does this comapny do? The article doesn't really explain. What does it do for Disney?

It expands their footprint in the fastest growing economy in the world.

And will it mean any new attractions at WDW?

Probably not at WDW, but Hong Kong Disneyland might see new attractions depending on what kind of content this company produces.
