    Default DTD - Cap'n Jack's or Fultons?

    Which would you choose?
My brother's a "foodie," but not snobbish about it. I'm the planner for a few guys, so food has to be decent.

    Thanks in advance!

I thought Cap'n Jacks was horrible. Fultons is much much better. Even for a non-foodie, the atmosphere at Cap'n Jacks, service, and non-seafood are all bad. The only good thing is that with the DDP, the twin lobster tail meal is quite a deal...

    Default LOVED Fulton's!

We had dinner at Fulton's a couple of weeks ago. We are sort of food snobs (I'm more of a wine snob, my DH is more of a food snob) - we both LOVED Fulton's and thought it was the best, freshest crab we had ever had. The Maitai's were also phenomenal. Service was impeccable. The price was the only downside - but, vacation is vacation and I don't mind splurging if the quality is there.

I've been to Capt N Jacks and we loved it so much we booked it again for this year. Anyway, I would try Fultons. They have ALOT more seafood and just the fact that it's a boat is so adorable. Either you choose, I'm sure you'll be happy.

I couldn't possibly recommend Fultons. We went once ant the seafood (to me) was not up to par. The service was excellent however. My son, very young at the time ordered fish and chips. Which most of us know are fish and fries. DS was very upset when he did not recieve potato chips, the waiter somehow found a bag of Lays for him. Never been to Jacks.

I don't care for Fulton's. Cap'n Jacks is pretty good. Wolfgang Puck Cafe is awesome.

Been to both, and while Cap'n Jacks was pretty good, I think the winner (especially for a foodie ) would be Fulton's. Great service and food and feels a bit more upscale (it will really feel upscale when you get the check )

I have been to both many times, and frankly I think it is a toss-up. I have had some fabulous, wonderful meals at Capt. Jack's over the years - it has been there for many, many years. Some waiters have been there over 15 years. Fultons is fine, too. I just like Capt. Jack's because to me, it holds lots of memories and nostalgia. It is a "Disney" restaurant, while Fulton's is not.

However, I have had some fabulous meals at Fulton's, too. This post does not help you at all, unless you believe that you can't go wrong at either.

Also, the atmosphere at Capt. Jack's is great, I think.
