Hello, What's the difference between a cast member (me with 3 starts) and senior cast member (4 stars). What's the criteria for earning more stars and higher designations? Thanks!

I just found my answer in the FAQ-sorry I didn't check that first. It's all explained there and different designations are given according to the number of posts. Who and how is the actual counting done? Isn't that a lot of work?
