Does anyone know if a fridge comes with a preferred room and if the hotel sells like milk and things that you can eat breakfeast in your room?

All rooms at the CBR have fridges in them. No extra charge. You can purchase milk and some basic groceries at the mercantile inside the food court.

Ditto the PP. Our room was not preferred and we had a fridge. Both plain and chocolate milk are available in the food court area as well as snacks, fruit, baked goods and lots of other beverages. Sometimes when we were getting a later start, I'd send DH to get us waffles and drinks to bring back to our room.

I haven't stayed at a moderate in a few years...do all rooms now have frigs?

Yes,all rooms at CBR have a small frig in them, no additional charge.

All rooms in all WDW Moderate and Deluxe resorts have fridges. They are as free and as standard as carpeting and bathrooms.

At CBR, a preferred location room's ONLY difference from a standard room is that it is close to Old Port Royale (food court, main pool, shops). There is no difference in the interior of the room. You are paying extra ONLY for the location.
